Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes!  Try-on appointments are available for local Townsville residents.

    A $20 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount is redeemable toward any hire made within 14 days of your try-on. Please note, the deposit is non-refundable in the case of cancellations, no-shows, or if no booking is made after your appointment.

  • The standard hire period is 4 days, but extended hire options are available on request.


    If you need a dress for longer, feel free to DM me on Instagram to chat about availability and pricing.

  • We currently stock sizes 6 to 16, with new styles being added regularly.

  • No need! Please don’t attempt to clean, press, alter, or repair the garment — we’ll take care of all the cleaning for you.
